Tue, 16 Dec 1997 00:05:45 -0600 and is now maintained by Michael Olson
<mwolson@gnu.org>.  Romain Francoise <rfrancoise@debian.org> made an
emacs-snapshot package which helped maintenance of this package
significantly.
