  * Moved from GNAT 3.14 to GNAT 3.15.
  * Update to standards version 3.6.1.0.
  * Modified debian/rules to set the .ali files to read-only.  This is
    to stop gnatmake trying to rebuild the .ali and .o files in a
    local directory when they're used.
