  * Removed fading code entirely - it doesn't agree with fbcon.
  * Fonter now doesn't attempt to put the screen in meta mode (alternate
    charset) - why this was working just fine a year ago, I dunno.

fonter (1.7-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Moved fonts to /usr/share/fonter so people stop loading
    the (as yet) unsupported font formats in /usr/share/consolefonts
    This uncovers a bug in the directory listing code but it's decidedly the
    lesser of two evils. (harmless "(null)"'s)
