    breaks building in a build directory (outside the source tree) as
    make thinks that FXApp.cpp is created from icons.h and does not 
    find the result (no wonder).
  * adie/Makefile.{in,am}: Likewise for Adie.cpp.
  * pathfinder/Makefile.{in,am}: Likewise for PathFinder.cpp.
