This is the Debian GNU/Linux prepackaged version of GNUCAP.
GNUCAP was written by Al Davis <aldavis@ieee.org>. GNUCAP
was previously known as ACS, Al's Circuit Simulator, up
to version 0.29.

This package was put together by Jonathan K. Rabone
<jkr@debian.org> and later Hamish Moffatt <hamish@debian.org>
