libapache-stage-perl (1.18-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/control:
    - Updated to policy 3.5.7.
    - Added Depends: libapache-mod-perl that wasn't noticed by debhelper :-/
    - Removed Build-Depends-Indep for perl-base is essential anyway.
  * Rewrote debian/rules to be able to live without debhelper.
  * Removed README from package for it is just a copy of the manpage.
