  * We now explicitly Build-Depend on libmysqlclient10-dev, since the company
    decided to drop the LGPL licensing and instead impose the GPL on users of
    their client library. sigh.
  * Made configure.in temporarily use AM_MAINTAINER_MODE until this is added

  * Changed libdbi0-dev section to libdevel.
