php-config (1.10.9-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Updated and now working watch file.
  * Not a CDBS package anymore (rewrote the debian/rules).
  * Now packaging the .reg pear file so the pear install sill works.
  * The debian/copyright file is now consistant.
