php-crypt-cbc (0.4-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Not using CDBS anymore (rewrote debian/rules).
  * Now packaging the pear .reg file so pear install continues to work.
  * The watch file works now.
  * The debian/copyright is now consistent.
