  * Initial release. Closes: #418424
  * Required patches for lintian cleanliness:
    - 01_not-scripts.patch: Remove shebangs etc from non-executables
    - 02_install_manpage.patch: Make setup.py install the manpage
    - 03_docs_dir.patch: Don't install versioned docs directory
