rxvt-beta (2.7.10-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * Fix assertion error. Closes: #188276.
  * Add a manpage note regarding the lack of scrollbar style support
    in the minimalist rxvt-xterm binary. Closes: #135733.
  * Update the commands for the clean target.
  * Drop handmade postrm - debhelper is better at the job.
  * Add rxvt-ml to the list of conflicting packages because the used
    alternatives in both packages interfere (this package distributes
    rxvt.1.gz which rxvt and rxvt-ml use as an alternative).

  * New maintainer.
  * Completely revamp build system; now based on debhelper & dpatch,
    introduce necessary build dependencies.
  * Bump Standards Version to 3.7.2.
  * Clean up copyright file.
  * Drop preinst, included hack was for a version older than stable.
  * Drop the dependency on base-passwd and the conflict with suidmanager
    for the same reason.
