  * Drop all older patches (but keep them in source package for now).
  * Fix watch file, and bump to version 3.
  * Update local cdbs snippets, and add debian/README.cdbs-tweaks to
    source package.
  * Add hashbang to example script manual-update-speed.sh, thanks to
    lintian.
  * Fix bashism ( "source" -> "." ) in example scripts.
  * Fix hashbang ( /bin/sh -> /bin/bash ) in example scripts using the
    bashism "declare" ).
  * Bump up standards-version to 3.7.2.
  * Fix build-dependencies (Build-dep-indep -> Build-dep), thanks to
    lintian.

    Rasmus Bøg Hansen <moffe@amagerkollegiet.dk>.
  * Drop example iproute patch (according to webpage of Rasmus it is no
    longer needed).
  * Simplify debian/rules a bit (cdbs auto-discovers AUTHORS file now).
  * Recoded changelog as UTF-8.
  * Mention 2.6 in long description.
  * Standards-version 3.6.2 (no changes needed).
  * Add watch file (tracking Rasmus' newer patches, upstream source
    seems dead).
  * Enable cdbs debian/rules auto-update.
  * Add local cdbs snippet to invoke dh-buildinfo.
